Job Overview

We are hiring experienced International Voice Process professionals for a Global Banking / Financial Services Voice Process supporting international customers.

The role involves handling customer calls related to banking services, international payments, transactions, account-related queries, and financial service requests.

If you have strong English communication skills and at least 1 year of International Voice Process experience, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the international banking and financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Assist customers with banking, payment, transaction, and account-related queries.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Handle queries related to international payments and banking transactions.
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Verify and accurately update customer information in the system.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Follow process guidelines, security procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Achieve defined Quality, AHT, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.

Candidate Eligibility

Mandatory:

• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
• Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
• Strong listening and customer-handling abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with international customers.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: Up to 6 LPA based on experience and interview performance.

• One-way cab facility up to 20 km
