Job Overview

We are hiring dynamic, customer-focused, and communication-driven professionals for an International Banking Customer Support role. The selected candidates will interact with international customers, address banking-related queries, resolve account and service concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This opportunity is suitable for both experienced candidates and freshers with excellent English communication skills who are interested in building a career in international customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through international voice support.
• Assist customers with banking-related queries, account concerns, and service requests.
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and compliance during all interactions.
• Meet defined performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal and backend teams for issue resolution and escalations when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
• Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in International Voice Process, BPO, Customer Service, or Customer Support are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong customer-handling, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate with international customers.
• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
• Candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Shift: Rotational Night Shifts
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA
