The Opportunity

Ascensia Diabetes Care is looking for a Global Brand Project Manager. As part of Ascensia’s Global Brand Team, you will lead cross-functional brand and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence, drive engagement, and support business growth across international markets. Working closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders, you will manage global brand marketing projects, coordinate product launch activities, manage digital marketing projects, and leverage market insights to optimize performance, enhance customer experiences, and deliver measurable commercial impact.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead global brand and digital marketing projects, ensuring successful execution aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to drive alignment, manage feedback, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing projects, including CRM, social media, patient and healthcare professional engagement, and digital innovation projects.
• Coordinate global product launch activities, supporting launch readiness, asset development, and execution across international markets. Analyze market and competitive insights to inform brand strategy, optimize performance, and support long-term business growth.

Bring Your Expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Academic degree
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, and/or digital marketing
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Strong understanding of brand management, campaign implementation, and effective project coordination
• Ability to translate market insights, performance data, and stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management/collaboration tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Additional Experience That Could Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or consumer healthcare marketing
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
• Exposure to creative and/or digital agencies
• Knowledge of diabetes or the diabetes market is a plus
• Healthcare Professional Experience
• Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools Additional languages such as French, German, or Italian are an advantage

Total Rewards:

The gross monthly base salary range for this position is 14,500 PLN – 18,000 PLN. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 18% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
