• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to identify and document business requirements for the global customer portal project.
• Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes related to customer interactions, identify pain points, and propose streamlined and efficient solutions.
• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and architect the global customer portal, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with SGS standards.
• User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize the customer journey and drive engagement.
• Data Analysis: Analyze customer data, user behavior, and performance metrics to derive insights, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to the customer portal.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, perform user acceptance testing, and ensure the quality and reliability of the global customer portal.
• Change Management: Support change management activities, including user training, documentation, and communication plans to ensure a smooth transition to the new customer portal.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer expectations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the customer portal. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a multinational company or global project environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• International experience and cultural sensitivity, with a deep understanding of the Chinese market and customer preferences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of customer portals, e-commerce platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to cross-functional collaboration and a willingness to learn and apply new technologies and concepts.
