工作职责:

Duties & Responsibilities 工作内容

• Develop and implement sourcing and commodity strategies for assigned commodity groups in close coordination with the Head of Commodity Management and Business Unit stakeholders

与商品管理主管及业务单元利益相关者密切协调，制定并实施分配给分配的商品组的采购和商品策略

• Execute strategic sourcing activities, including supplier selection, negotiations and contract implementation, ensuring quality, availability and competitive total cost of ownership

• Act as a key interface to internal stakeholders at plant and Business Unit level as well as to global suppliers

• Drive cost optimization measures and track savings and performance for the assigned commodity groups

• Monitor supplier performance, market developments and supply risks, initiating appropriate mitigation actions

• Support inventory optimization and working capital improvement in close collaboration with logistics and plant functions

任职条件:

Qualifications 任职资格

• A university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Economics or a comparable discipline

• 3+ years of professional experience in procurement with a focus on managing and developing industrial commodity groups in a manufacturing environment

• Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, sourcing methodologies and supplier management

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and end-to-end supply chains

• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment

• Fluent Business English, high level of personal responsibility, independence and willingness to travel internationally
