We are hiring Global Customer Support Associates to handle customer queries and provide professional support to our international US and UK clients through voice and non-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional communication with international customers.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution of queries.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with US/UK clients.
