We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Global Data Scientist to join our growing data and analytics team. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, skilled in advanced analytics and visualization, and capable of translating technical findings into practical business recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop predictive models, statistical analyses, and machine learning solutions to support strategic objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and performance analysis to measure organizational effectiveness.
• Transform data into actionable recommendations that influence decision-making across the organization.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create meaningful visualizations that communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of enterprise reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using data-driven approaches.
• Work with data warehouses and enterprise data platforms to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.

About you

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL / T-SQL, R, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, and Data Warehousing.
• Experience handling large datasets and generating actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (preferred).
• Experience with ETL processes, SSIS, and database management (preferred).
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments (preferred).
