Working closely with global process owners, functional experts, and approximately 40 manufacturing sites worldwide, the position is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality master data while translating business requirements into effective data structures, governance concepts, and operational processes. As part of a broader business transformation, the role will drive data quality initiatives, support data migrations, and actively contribute to the design of future inventory planning processes and responsibilities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into effective data governance solutions supporting inventory planning and supply chain objectives.
  • Collaborate with approximately 40 manufacturing sites worldwide to harmonize master data standards and planning concepts.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, and Production to align business and data strategies.
  • Understand and challenge business requirements by applying knowledge of inventory planning, supply-demand dynamics, and inventory optimization principles.
  • Drive discussions with diverse global stakeholders and facilitate alignment across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
  • Support the design and implementation of future-state processes, roles, responsibilities, and governance structures.
  • Lead data cleansing and data migration activities as part of global business transformation and system implementation projects.
  • Monitor data quality KPIs, resolve master data issues, and promote data governance best practices across the organization.

Your qualifications:

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Management, Data Governance, Master Data Management, or a related discipline within the Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning processes, supply-demand concepts, and inventory optimization principles.
  • Ability to understand business challenges, identify optimization opportunities, and translate requirements into sustainable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret data, planning parameters, and business impacts.
  • Experience working in complex global organizations with multiple stakeholders, functions (e.g. Quality, Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing), and manufacturing sites.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholder groups across organizational levels and geographies.
  • Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to initiate discussions, drive topics forward, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Hands-on experience with data cleansing, data migration, and data quality management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SAP solutions and master data management processes.
