Job Summary:-

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Python .Hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG systems, Generative AI, and Agentic AI .This role will involve designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable impact.

Key Requirements:

1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and data science solutions for business use cases.

2. Build and optimize LLM-based applications using modern GenAI techniques.

3. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and improve contextual answer quality.

4. Work on agentic AI workflows, tool-calling, orchestration, and autonomous decision-making systems.

5. Develop scalable solutions using Python and relevant libraries/packages.

6. Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor ML/LLM models for performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Mandate skills - Hands-on experience with:

• LLMs
• RAG architectures
• Generative AI
• Agentic AI
• pandas, numpy, scikit-learn
• matplotlib, seaborn
• PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hugging Face
• LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworks

Qualification:- graduate in finance and accounting

Experience:-

Total AI/ML professional with 5–7 years of experience

Relevant exp - skilled AI/ML professional with 5–6 years including mandate skills like Machine Learning, Data Science, and Python .Hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG systems, Generative AI, and Agentic AI
