Global EDI Manager

Dayco is seeking a strategic, technically strong Global EDI Manager to lead the company’s enterprise-wide Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and business integration landscape. This role is responsible for the overall EDI application portfolio, integration architecture, business process alignment, and the technologies and teams that support critical business transactions across Dayco's global operations.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in EDI platforms, business systems integration, application management, and IT leadership. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise applications and systems integration, along with proven success leading teams, managing global technology initiatives, and partnering with business stakeholders in a complex international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dayco’s global EDI strategy, application portfolio, and integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities, define requirements, and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
• Oversee EDI architecture, system configuration, development, testing, deployment, upgrades, change management, and production support activities.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Lead, develop, and mentor EDI and applications team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and technology partners while driving innovation, system reliability, data integrity, and long-term scalability.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT applications, systems integration, or enterprise business systems, including at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, ODETTE), mapping methodologies, communication protocols, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with Seeburger or similar EDI solutions, along with application lifecycle management, change control, and support processes.
• Proven project management experience leading medium to large-scale technology initiatives in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused solutions.
