🎯 Who We Want (Requirements)

Malaysian Fresh Graduates (No Experience Required).

Academic Threshold: Degree from QS Top 100 Overseas Universities (UK, US, AU, CA, etc.); OR Top Local Universities with CGPA 3.50/4.00 (or Second Upper Class 2:1) and above.

Language Proficiency: Excellent English (clear, neutral accent) + Conversational Chinese (for internal global team collaboration).

Leadership Drive: Strong leadership/event organization background in university clubs or student societies.

Attributes: High EQ, charismatic communicator, self-motivated, with a genuine interest in EdTech and business operations.
