Global Graduate Program 2026 - Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical engineering support for wind farm projects, including design, construction, and commissioning phases;
• Review electrical system design documents, including LV/MV/HV systems, grid connection, and SCADA systems;
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with electrical design specifications and safety standards;
• Support commissioning and testing of wind turbine electrical systems, transformers, and substation equipment;
• Troubleshoot on-site electrical issues and provide technical solutions to minimize downtime;
• Coordinate with contractors, equipment suppliers, and grid operators to ensure project progress;
• Prepare electrical technical reports, test records, and maintenance procedures;
• Support electrical safety audits and ensure compliance with local and international codes;
• Collect and analyze electrical performance data to optimize system efficiency;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Power System and Automation, or related fields;
• Knowledge of power system design, grid codes, and wind turbine electrical systems;
• Proficiency in relevant software;
• Excellent English skills, able to read technical documents and communicate with international teams;
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness;
• Accept domestic/international business travel.
