Global Graduate Program 2026 - HSE Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems at wind farm projects;
• Conduct regular HSE inspections and risk assessments on construction sites and wind farms;
• Assist in developing HSE plans, safety procedures, and emergency response plans;
• Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to project teams, contractors, and new employees;
• Investigate near-misses, incidents, and accidents, and prepare investigation reports;
• Monitor compliance with local safety regulations, company policies, and international standards;
• Collect and analyze HSE data, track safety performance indicators, and prepare reports;
• Support environmental protection activities, including waste management and pollution prevention;
• Coordinate with third-party safety auditors and regulatory authorities during inspections;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or above, majoring in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields;
• Knowledge of HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and wind farm safety standards;
• Strong communication skills to deliver training and interact with cross-functional teams;
• Good English skills for reading international safety standards and communicating with stakeholders;
• High level of safety awareness, with the ability to identify and mitigate on-site risks;
• Willing to work on-site and accept domestic/international travel to project locations.
