Global HR Benefits and Data Advisor

What You'll Do:

• Provide benefits guidance and interpret policies, procedures and eligibility requirements.
• Manage complex benefits cases and support issue resolution with the Benefits Center of Excellence and vendors.
• Monitor benefits data quality, validate data and support reconciliations.
• Investigate, escalate and help resolve data, enrollment, eligibility and coverage discrepancies.
• Review carrier and vendor error reports and support operational reporting and analysis.
• Assist with benefits system issue investigation, root-cause analysis and resolution in partnership with HRIS, Payroll, Integrations and vendors.
• Validate system outputs, reports and data interfaces affecting benefits administration.
• Support benefits projects, system enhancements and transformation initiatives, including testing, implementation readiness and post-implementation activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements, controls and operational best practices.
• Maintain process documentation, contribute to reporting and automation initiatives and support continuous improvement through data insights and stakeholder feedback.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, benefits, payroll, shared services, reporting or a related field.
• Experience supporting benefits administration and using HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or SAP; ServiceNow experience is required (as a processor).
• Experience working with global stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis and reporting skills, including reconciliations, quality assurance and large-data-set validation; automation, macros or VBA experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and clearly communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Highly organized, collaborative and adaptable professional with sound judgment, attention to confidentiality and a continuous-improvement mindset.

**Willing to work in hybrid work set-up in Makati with onsite work required every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
**Must be willing to work on shifting/rotational schedule
**Fixed weekends off
