Global HR Shared Services Analyst

We are looking for qualified HR professionals with experience supporting global HR operations.

Join our Global HR Shared Services team and support HR processes across North America, UK, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle HR Operations, Employee Data, Benefits, Leave, and Performance Administration
• Provide Tier 1 Payroll Support and manage employee-related queries
• Process Background Verification and Employee References
• Maintain HR reports, trackers, KPIs, and SLAs
• Support HR Compliance, Audits, and Process Improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Graduate degree; HR specialization is an advantage
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Experience supporting North America, UK, or APAC
• Strong knowledge of US/UK HR regulations, employee benefits, and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good stakeholder management and ability to adapt quickly
