Its Hungarian subsidiary, Wienerberger Zrt., one of Hungary’s leading manufacturers in the building materials industry, is looking for a Global HR Systems & Digitalization Manage****r to join its headquarters in Budapest.

Your Responsibilities:

Global HR Systems Ownership

• Act as the global HR system module owner for selected SAP SuccessFactors modules, including: Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Compensation, Succession & Talent Management

• Managing and continuously improving assigned SuccessFactors modules

• Gathering, evaluating, and prioritizing business requirements

• Translating business needs into scalable system solutions

• Managing system releases, testing activities, and change requests

• Ensuring alignment with global HR processes and governance standards

• Coordinating external support and implementation partners

• Providing expert guidance to HR and business stakeholders

• Driving user adoption and process optimization

Global HR Digitalization & Transformation Projects

• Lead international HR digitalization projects from concept through implementation
• Drive automation, standardization, and simplification of HR processes
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and external vendors
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new HR technologies
• Prepare business cases, project documentation, and steering committee updates
• Ensure successful change management and user adoption
• Contribute to the execution of the company's Digital HR Strategy

What You Bring:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Several years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, HR Transformation, or Project Management
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally including Employee Central
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
• Experience managing international or global projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement and digital innovation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global environment
• Fluent English skills, German is an advantage
