Global Intelligence Manager

We’re hiring a part-t​ime Global Intelligence Manager to lead our intelligence work and advise​ our senior leadership on global developments​ You’ll turn complex, fast-moving global developments into clear, decision-ready assessments, and be the person clients rely on when the stakes are high and the picture is incomplete.

This is a senior role, and an intelligence community background is essential. We’re looking for someone trained to assess global developments and confident giving a clear view on what they mean, even when the picture is incomplete.

Responsibilities

• Producing and overseeing high-quality intelligence assessments on political, security and regulatory developments across multiple regions
• Advising senior executives on emerging threats and risks, and helping them decide how to respond
• Acting as a point of contact for judgment calls, not just updates
• Applying rigorous analytical tradecraft to ambiguous, incomplete or conflicting information, and being clear about confidence levels and assumptions
• Monitoring global developments and working out what they mean for clients
• Writing briefings and leading conversations with senior stakeholders​

What we are looking for

• A background in the intelligence community or a similar sector. We’re open on the specific route, whether that’s an intelligence agency, military intelligence, a national security role or an adjacent field
• Solid experience in intelligence analysis, geopolitical or political risk, or something closely adjacent, ideally at a senior level
• Experience bridging the public and private sectors, and the ability to translate specialist analytical thinking into practical commercial guidance
• A strong grasp of global affairs, with deep regional expertise in one or more areas (the Middle East and wider EMEA are particularly relevant)
• Comfort advising senior executives and holding your own in the room
• A clear writer and communicator who can take something complicated and make it useful

Pay: $49,000.00 - $93,600.00 per year
