Global IT Infrastructure & Security Manager (m/f/d)

Your New Role

You’ll take ownership of the global technology infrastructure, IT operations and cybersecurity landscape. Working within a Microsoft-based environment, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on oversight to ensure secure, resilient and scalable technology services.

• Lead the global IT Infrastructure & Operations function, establishing consistent governance, standards and service levels.
• Define and deliver the infrastructure strategy and roadmap in line with business and digital transformation priorities.
• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability and resilience of infrastructure, systems and workplace technologies.
• Drive the cybersecurity strategy, including security controls, risk management, monitoring and incident response.
• Establish standards for business continuity, disaster recovery and IT resilience.
• Modernise the technology environment through automation, standardisation, efficiency and scalability.
• Manage strategic technology partners, suppliers and service providers.
• Own infrastructure and operations CAPEX/OPEX, including planning, forecasting and cost optimisation.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs and cybersecurity risk indicators.
• Coordinate and develop infrastructure and operations resources across different countries.
• Support technology integration associated with M&A activity, including infrastructure consolidation, systems integration, cybersecurity and access management.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• More than 5 years' experience in IT Infrastructure, Operations and Cybersecurity or an equivalent area.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure and operations teams, services or complex technology environments, ideally internationally.
• Strong expertise across IT infrastructure, cloud, networks, workplace technologies and cybersecurity .
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 .
• Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 , information security management and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with IT governance, compliance, GDPR and data protection principles.
• Experience implementing security policies, controls, risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery and IT risk management.
• Experience defining technology strategies, roadmaps, governance models and global standards.
• Experience with technology integration in an M&A environment .
• Experience managing external technology partners and service providers.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Spanish would be a strong advantage.
• Experience with ManageEngine and Sophos would also be advantageous.
• Availability for international travel.
