Job Description As Head of Network Infrastructure, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the global infrastructure and network services strategy while ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Infrastructure & Network Strategy

• Define and execute the global infrastructure and network roadmap.
• Establish technology standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive modernization initiatives across network, cloud, datacenter, workplace, and infrastructure services.
• Ensure alignment between technology priorities and business objectives.

Service Ownership & Operations

• Oversee the delivery and lifecycle management of global infrastructure and network services.
• Ensure high levels of availability, security, performance, and reliability across all environments.
• Monitor service quality and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business-critical operations through resilient and scalable infrastructure solutions.

Security & Risk Management

• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure infrastructure and network services meet security standards.
• Support compliance, risk mitigation, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Contribute to the protection of both corporate and operational environments.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with external service providers and technology partners.
• Oversee contract performance, service quality, and budget management.
• Work closely with business leaders, enterprise architects, and regional IT teams to prioritize initiatives and investments.

Leadership

• Lead and develop a global team of infrastructure and network professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive capability development and succession planning within the organization.

The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure and networking expertise with strategic leadership capabilities and experience operating in large international environments.

Experience

• Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure and network services.
• Strong background in multinational or highly distributed organizations.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Demonstrated success managing third-party providers and large-scale service delivery environments.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Solid expertise in networking, connectivity, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, remote access solutions, and cloud networking.
• Knowledge of infrastructure governance, service management, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or operational technology environments is considered an advantage.
