Job Title: Global IT Support Engineer

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Shift: Rotational

5 days working (Mon to Fri)

Experience: Min 3 Years

Excellent communication skills required

Technical Skills

• Zendesk ticket management and routing.
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
• Password resets, account unlocks, and distribution group management.
• VPN and MFA support.
• Windows desktop and Office application support.
• Kaseya remote support tools and SCCM
• Basic MSCRM and web application support.
• User onboarding and offboarding administration.

Operational Skills

• Incident triage and prioritization.
• SOP and KB adherence.
• Documentation and ticket updates.
• Escalation management to L2/L3 teams.
• Service ownership and SLA awareness.

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Effective communication.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Time management.
• Team collaboration across Infrastructure, CRM, Web, and Business teams.
