Global Learning & Training Team Lead

Description:

KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Global Learning & Training Team Lead to join our growing delivery team. We’re seeking an innovative, hands-on professional who can both shape our global training strategy and personally deliver it, designing programs, running sessions, and building content, while growing and leading a team across multiple locations.

You’ll be a key member of our middle management team, collaborating closely with Delivery, Support, Customer Success, Product, and all other company departments to create and implement cutting-edge learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, manage, and grow a global learning & training team
• Define and drive the global customer training strategy
• Drive internal knowledge management initiatives
• Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
• Execute special projects as assigned by department management

Hands-on Delivery

• Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers
• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
• Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
• Build and maintain e-learning content
• Lead and organize customer events, both physical and virtual
• Oversee external knowledge portal management

Requirements:

Must Have

• Proven training and learning development experience, including hands-on delivery
• Proven experience in team management
• Experience developing and implementing e-learning solutions
• Experience organizing and leading customer events
• Excellent English and Hebrew, written and spoken
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences from end users to executives
• Technology oriented
• Strong project management capabilities
• Strong innovative thinking, a creative approach, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility in working hours (global role)
