What You'll Do

• Two-year Global Management Development Traineeship with exposure to international projects and senior management
• Fast-paced and challenging program with close coaching and mentoring
• Program stages:
• 12 months as an Account Manager in your home country (Belgium)
• months on an Operational Project in your home country (Brussels)
• 6 months on a Strategic Project at the regional headquarters (Paris)
• months on an International Strategic Project in another region

What You’ll Bring

• You hold valid working rights for Belgium
• You have a Master’s degree (e.g. Economics, Business Administration, International Management, Engineering, Marketing or Finance); an MBA is a strong plus
• You have at least two experiences in an international professional environment (internship, apprenticeship or work experience) — or you are at the start of your career and eager to grow quickly
• You are multilingual: fluent in English and French or Dutch
• You are eager to learn and show maturity, curiosity, assertiveness and strong dedication
• You are a flexible team player with strong communication skills, social awareness and the enthusiasm to inspire others
• You are internationally mobile and open to diverse cultural experiences and opportunities to work abroad
