Global MarketC++ Developer (Senior )

Principle/Technical Lead/Team Lead -Lead the team to write complex software programs from design specifications -Work with relevant parties to ensure all architectural and technical standards are followed -Remove technical impediments happening during the sprint -Document detailed designs/features designs/DB designs -Perform details design reviews & code review, give final approval for refinement of the team, review the impact analysis for changes on client's dependencies -Coach and mentor team members. Resolution of technical issues in conjunction with team members -Contribute to and may decide upon system/DB architecture and design decisions. -Contribute to evaluating and applying the good practices for higher productivity and better quality delivery -Perform the technical trainings for project -Provide the effort estimation for any work -Provide technical governance for team, including guidance, technical approach validation for team members -Lead the technical conversion discussion between team, and with clients

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 6+ years experience - Fully understanding and usage of OOP both basic and advance technique like move sematic, template... - Understanding IPC (multi-processes), mult-thread is a plus - Can implement service such as SOAP, Restful - Fluent with modern C++ (from C++11 upwards) SQL: - Can create complex query to troubleshoot data issues - Understand database design, schema. - Understand the performance tuning of the query. Shell Scripts/Unix: - Able to use editor, Unix basic commands (awk, sed,tail, grep...) - Able to troubleshoot related issues - Able to write scripts to generate/automate tasks .Net: Support automation framework - Support QA in handling automation framework issues Design: - Using SOLID principals for designing and reviewing code - Can implement more than 6 design patterns - Implement new framework - Implement system design Tool: - Experience with version control system such as GIT, svn; - Have experience using IDE such as Visual Code - Be able to apply build system such as cmake, Makefile - Know how to debug (memory leak, performance...) - Have docker experience, can understand Dockerfile - Understanding about cloud service, devOps, micro-services Business Knowledge - Deep undestanding about business entities/flows of the application and basic knowledge of other applications
