Manage and participate directly in the technical issues of the project. - Analyze requirements, make options and develop technical solutions for the project. - Anticipate, manage, and address technical risks, dependencies, and fear issues that could impact Team projects. - Work closely with PM to monitor project status, risks and action plans. - Review source code, guide, train technical skills and solve technical problems for Team members.

At least 3+ years of software development experience - Advanced proficiency in Java programming language - Understanding of databases and their optimization - Experience with server side frameworks (SpringBoot, Spring Security) - Familiarity with API development - Understanding of project management methodologies - Strategic technical planning and execution skills - Knowledge of Frontend (Vuejs/Angular/ReactJS...) - Advanced problem-solving and decision - making abilities. - Knowledge of agile development practices.
