Analyze software requirements and propose technical solutions. - Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable C++ code. - Participate in code reviews and documentation writing (Software Design, User Manual). - Support debugging and troubleshooting in both development and production environments. - Collaborate closely with peers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions. - Estimate tasks, manage bugs, track progress, and ensure quality throughout the development process. - Lead small initiatives and get on the fast track to a leadership role.

Salary: Up to 25M. - Package: at least 13 months/ year. 2+ years of hands-on experience in professional C++ development. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. - Experience with Linux and/or RTOS, including multithreaded programming. - Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. - Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Nice to have: - Experience with SQL databases. - Familiarity with Bash scripting. - Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes environments.
