Global Motorcycle Knowledge Expert *

Your Role At KTM, we are looking for a motorcycle expert who understands the bikes, enjoys solving technical challenges and is passionate about growing technical expertise across the entire KTM ecosystem.

As Global Motorcycle Knowledge Expert, you will identify, collect and share technical knowledge from across KTM and transform it into practical expertise for dealers, technicians and internal teams worldwide.

You will play a key role in increasing technical competence, improving customer experience and supporting product improvements through systematic knowledge sharing.

Your Tasks

• Manage and continuously develop KTM's global technical knowledge hub
• Gather and consolidate knowledge from Engineering, Technical Support, Quality, Warranty and the field
• Turn technical insights into practical guidance for dealers and service teams
• Support dealer competence development and training priorities
• Identify recurring technical topics and lessons learned
• Act as an interface between dealers, Technical Support and Engineering
• Contribute to product improvement through structured field feedback

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in motorcycle or automotive aftersales, technical support, diagnostics, workshop operations, training or service engineering
• Strong technical understanding of motorcycles
• Passion for motorcycles and the KTM brands
• Ability to translate complex technical information into practical guidance
• Structured working style and strong communication skills
• Fluent English and German
