Global Network Analyst & Tradelane Support

About the role

Administrative support role providing comprehensive assistance to the Senior Manager – GNM team, including cash advance management, documentation preparation, filing, and KPI data consolidation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cash advances, requests for payments, reimbursements, and liquidation of cash advances for Sr. Manager – GNM
• Prepare documentation reports and requirements for CLN Conference Meetings and other Network Conferences, meetings with agents and clients
• Record and file Agency Agreements in Arch File Folders
• Provide active administrative support to GNM team
• Consolidate monthly KPI raw data for checking by Asst. Network Development Manager and approval by Sr. Manager prior to sending to QMS Department
• Assist in recording sales leads and meeting notes relevant to GNM Department
• Assist in implementation of 5S+ Audit in the department
• Handle specific tradelane/agent assigned by Senior Manager
• Obtain reports required by Senior Manager from relevant Departments or Business Units
• Assist in other activities as required by Senior Manager

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a related business course such as Accounting or Marketing
• Broad spectrum of Administrative/Clerical functions experience
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
• Computer software literate
• Combination of freight forwarding and airline/shipping line, sales or operations experience is a plus factor
• Responsible, dependable, resourceful, creative with a sense of urgency
