About the Role

GWC GOLDSTAR is seeking experienced, proactive, and results-oriented professionals to join our global recruitment team as Global Operations & Recruitment Associates (OIRA).

In this role, you will support the growth of our international technology team by identifying, attracting, screening, and helping recruit talented professionals across a range of technical and specialist roles.

You will work closely with department managers and hiring teams to understand workforce requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, source qualified candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and contribute to building a strong and diverse global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, recruitment platforms, Indeed; Facebook, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, phone calls, and other appropriate channels.

Identify and engage developers, IT engineers, AI roles, influencers and other and professional talent.

Review applications, conduct candidate screening, and assess suitability for available positions.

Coordinate and participate in interviews and recruitment processes.

Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.

Develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet hiring objectives.

Work independently, make timely decisions, and consistently pursue recruitment targets.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of global recruitment and operations processes.

Professional Networking Requirement

Because this position involves international talent sourcing and candidate engagement, applicants are expected to have an active and professionally maintained LinkedIn profile with a minimum of 200 connections.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A master's degree (MSc, MA, MBA, or equivalent) is advantageous.

At least 4 year of recruitment experience, preferably involving international or technology recruitment.

Experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, screening, and recruitment processes.

Familiarity with ATS platforms and other recruitment software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, time-management, and relationship-management abilities.

The ability to establish productive professional relationships based on trust and effective communication.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

A results-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
