Global Partnerships Coordinator

FloSports is a world-class sports media company strategically positioned to be the essential  destination for passionate sports fans, delighting them with live event coverage, breaking news,  highlights, stats, rankings, and team and player profiles. We are growing Our Sports every day  by continuing to invest in our ever-expanding ecosystem, which consists of over a dozen sport  verticals and hundreds of streaming partners. FloSports is creating the home for college  conferences/leagues and sports like grappling, hockey, track & field, racing, cheer, wrestling,  and more, and we are looking for innovative and passionate people like you to help us!

THE ROLE:

FloSports is currently seeking a Global Partnerships Coordinator to work as part of our Global Partnerships Team to help support relationship management, drive continued growth of our streaming rights partners and assist in the execution of our partnership agreements. This role will work closely with the Global Partnership Managers to collect necessary data, manage partnership metrics, coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide overall client service support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely and regularly with a team of Global Partnership Managers and a Global Partnership Director
• Assist in event data collection from partners and communicate effectively to ensure data is complete, analyzed and shared to meet deadlines
• Liaise regularly and cross-departmentally between multiple departments internally, including: Content, Marketing, Production and Operations
• Understand and contribute towards exceeding department and partner goals
• Work with other members of the Global Partnerships team to set up and lead kick-off
• Lead debrief meetings following event executions to build on successes and bring feedback to teams to drive improvements across the company
• Evaluate current processes, propose and implement adjustments that will improve efficiency, and measure success of all changes implemented
• Ensure processes are clearly documented, socialized and adopted
• Occasional travel for in-person meetings, trainings and/or to support partner events

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 2-3 years relevant experience in account management and/or a position with direct client/partner communication.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust and strong internal working relationships
• Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment
• Ability to work cross-departmentally and cross-functionally
• Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the flexibility to comfortably navigate ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to find solutions both independently and in collaboration with internal teams and partners
• Experience gaining insights from data and using it to make future decisions
• Proficiency with commonly used software within the department (Salesforce, data analytics tools, Excel, Google Sheets)
• Sports knowledge and/or experience within sports industries are plusses
