Global Payroll Manager

• Manage and coordinate global payroll processes for all the company's locations, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Analyze payroll information and prepare company and government reports in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Lead and support all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring high-quality performance and smooth coordination of payroll activities.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, diligence, and attention to detail when handling time-sensitive payroll activities.
• Stay updated on global labor regulations and requirements affecting employee compensation and payroll processes, while ensuring the team is knowledgeable and prepared for regulatory changes.

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
