Global PR Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Global PR Project Manager to lead international PR projects for our globally operating aviation group. In this role, you’ll strengthen brand awareness, shape our reputation, oversee communications for the Group and its companies, and build relationships with top-tier aviation media and leading international business media outlets.

What will you do as a Global PR Project Manager?

• Lead the Group’s and its subsidiaries’ global communications and PR activities;
• Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns;
• Plan and distribute press releases, articles, thought-leadership pieces and other communications content;
• Pitch stories to international and Lithuanian media;
• Work closely with the Copywriting team: brief writers, manage timelines and ensure high-quality results;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts;
• Secure speaking opportunities for representatives of the Group and its subsidiaries at industry events and panel discussions, as well as guest appearances on podcasts and other relevant platforms;
• Continuously monitor developments in AI and identify opportunities to integrate relevant insights and technologies into PR activities.

What are we looking for in our new Project Manager?

• At least 2 years of experience in PR and communications project management, preferably in a PR agency environment;
• A strong understanding of media relations and the ability to build and maintain effective media relationships;
• Exceptional planning, organizational and project-management skills;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Salary starting from €3,600 (including taxes), with the potential for a higher salary depending on experience.
