Global Primary Electrical Design Engineer (Digital Power Shared Service Center)

1. Responsible for the primary electrical system design of PV + energy storage projects, including main wiring solutions, drawing preparation, electrical calculations, and equipment selection
2. For different application scenarios of PV + energy storage, lead the development of Huawei's product offerings, product combinations, EPC end-to-end service solutions, and design drawings, and build high-quality, competitively priced overall solutions through design
3. Conduct communication on on-grid and off-grid solutions, and be responsible for construction drawings, design changes, and drawing reviews
4. Conduct on-site project surveys and technical briefings, and resolve high-voltage technical issues during the construction and grid integration commissioning phases
5. As the design manager, lead the overall project design and coordinate with various disciplines to complete the design solution
6. Collaborate with structural, civil, and automation disciplines to advance the project and complete design standardization work
7. Summarize experiences from typical projects and promote them through training and other methods to empower the team, improving organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and the ability to coordinate across departments.
2. A full-time bachelor's degree or higher is required, with a major in electrical engineering, power, energy, photovoltaics, or related fields. Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
3. Minimum 5 years of primary electrical design experience, preferably PV and energy storage fields, with deep expertise in photovoltaic and energy storage consulting, planning, or design.
4. Proficient in: load calculation, short-circuit current calculation, cable current-carrying capacity, voltage drop verification, thermal stability verification, and lightning protection and grounding calculations. Proficient in the selection and application of transformers, switchgear, AC/DC circuit breakers, fuses, and lightning arresters.
5. Capable of independently completing primary electrical design work for large-scale photovoltaic power plants and energy storage scenarios.
6. Familiar with the power industry, photovoltaic and energy storage design standards and regulations. Relevant electrical certifications are preferred.
7. Proficient in using software such as CAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PVsyst.
8. English can be used as a working language; able to travel globally and adapt to an international work environment.
