Global Process Expert (HR Services) (f/m/d)

As a Global Process Expert within HR People Systems & Services, you will help ensure the continuity, standardization, and strategic evolution of global HR services. Supporting the Global Governance & Services team, you will drive process excellence across key HR areas, including Workforce Administration and Organizational Management, ensuring services remain compliant, efficient, and consistently delivered across all regions. Working closely with regional HR teams, People Systems, and external service providers, you will contribute to the ongoing optimization of global HR processes and service delivery platforms.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Define and maintain global HR process standards, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with HR governance and service delivery strategies.
• Manage and continuously improve the HR service catalog, process documentation, and operational guidelines to support high-quality HR services globally.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, digitalization, and optimization across HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with HR Operations, People Systems, and IT teams to enhance HR technologies and service delivery platforms.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams, global process owners, and external vendors to ensure effective end-to-end service delivery and operational excellence.
• Monitor process performance, audit readiness, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and support a best-in-class employee experience.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in global HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or Process Management within a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in global process governance, process mapping, standardization, and operating model design across multiple regions.
• Hands-on experience with HR technologies and service delivery platforms, preferably Workday and other HRIS solutions.
• Proven track record of leading knowledge transfer activities, process transitions, and global change initiatives within a complex organization.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, global process owners, regional HR teams, and external service providers.
