Global Process Owner Time Management (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• Define and drive the global Time Management strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operating models and process architecture
• Establish governance, standards and performance frameworks that enable consistent and compliant process execution across regions and systems
• Lead global process harmonisation by simplifying ways of working, eliminating redundancies and strengthening cross-regional collaboration
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis, process optimisation and automation
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data protection and effective risk management by implementing sustainable controls and governance mechanisms
• Partner with P&O, IT, SSC Operations and regional stakeholders to deliver process improvements, automation initiatives and global rollouts
• Work with IT and P&O system teams to align process requirements, data flows and access controls within SAP SuccessFactors and related systems
• Provide transparency on process performance, maturity and improvement opportunities through clear reporting, strategic recommendations and decision support

Our requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management or a related field
• Extensive experience in global P&O process ownership and end-to-end process management
• Strong expertise in process governance, standardisation, optimisation and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI management, reporting and data-driven decision-making
• Very good command of English
• Advanced knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and end-to-end P&O processes

An additional advantage will be:

• Experience in a global Shared Service Center environment or P&O Target Operating Model implementation
• Experience with German or Polish Time Management processes
• Training or certification in process management, LEAN, automation, project management or change management
• Additional knowledge of advanced analytics, reporting tools, workflow solutions or digital P&O transformation methods
