Global Process Owner - Treasury

We are looking for a senior Treasury Operations leader with 18+ years of experience, including significant experience in a Global Process Owner (GPO) / equivalent leadership role, to lead large-scale Treasury Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Treasury Operations and a 200+ FTE organization.
• Own service delivery, SLAs/KPIs, risk, controls, governance and operational performance.
• Drive cash management, liquidity forecasting, bank reconciliation, payments, cash visibility, cash pooling and treasury risk operations.
• Lead global process standardization and Treasury/Finance transformation initiatives.
• Drive automation, Agentic AI/GenAI and digital transformation opportunities across Treasury processes.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, escalations, governance and transformation roadmap.
• Own operational excellence, cost optimization and tower P&L.
• Lead transitions, BCP/DRP and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

• 18+ years of overall experience.
• Strong experience as Global GPO / Head of Treasury Operations / equivalent senior leadership role.
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-country Treasury operations.
• Strong knowledge of Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Cash Forecasting, Bank Reconciliation, Payments, Cash & Banking and Treasury Risk.
• Proven experience in Finance/Treasury Transformation, ERP, Automation and AI-led process improvement.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Six Sigma / Project Management certification is an advantage.
