About the Role

As the Global Programs Manager, you will lead global programs that support product commercialization, customer engagement, and business growth. Working closely with Sales, Product, Solutions, Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and regional teams, you will plan and execute cross-functional programs that drive business impact and support Geek+'s global growth strategy. This role offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to work on a variety of customer, partner, product, and commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global customer, partner, and regional programs.

• Plan and execute roadshows, webinars, workshops, factory visits, and customer events.

• Support product launches and strategic commercial initiatives.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across global teams.

• Manage program timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and execution.

• Develop scalable program frameworks and best practices.

• Measure program performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Support additional strategic initiatives as business priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business development, marketing, customer

engagement, or related roles.

• Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working across global teams and with senior stakeholders.

• Outgoing, proactive, execution-oriented, and willing to travel internationally.

• Experience in robotics, automation, logistics, industrial technology, or enterprise software is preferred.
