Quality Manager

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to lead quality management activities across the organization. This role will be responsible for quality planning, process quality assurance, problem-solving, continuous improvement, team development, and customer quality management.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers to drive sustainable improvements in product and process quality.

What You’ll Do

• Quality Analysis & Planning Conduct quality analysis and develop Quality Control Plans (QCPs), quality control charts, and inspection standards. Identify and define critical quality control points throughout each stage of the production process.
• Process Quality Assurance Establish quality control procedures and determine the necessary tooling, fixtures, and inspection methods to ensure effective quality control throughout the manufacturing process and final inspection.
• Quality Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement Lead cross-functional teams in conducting root cause analysis of quality issues. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement in product and process quality.
• Quality Objectives & KPI Management Monitor progress toward quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and implement improvement actions when necessary to ensure quality targets are achieved.
• Quality Documentation & Record Management Maintain and control product-related quality documentation and records, ensuring accuracy, proper document control, and full traceability.
• Team Leadership & Development Lead, develop, and manage the quality team. Provide coaching and training to enhance team members’ technical capabilities, ownership, problem-solving skills, and quality awareness.
• Customer Quality Management Act as a key point of contact for customers on quality-related matters. Independently communicate with customers, address quality concerns and requirements, and drive timely and effective resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies
• 參與品質分析與計劃：負責進行品質分析，編制品質控制計劃，設計品質控制卡，並確定各階段的品質控制點。
• 確保過程品質：確定控制程序和必要的工裝，以確保生產過程中的品質控制以及最終檢驗的有效執行。
• 品質問題處理：協調相關部門對品質問題進行深入分析，並監督改善措施的執行情況及效果，以持續優化產品質量。
• 品質目標監控與改進：持續監控所有品質目標的進展情況，並在必要時制定和履行改進措施。
• 品質檔案管理：負責產品相關品質檔案和記錄的維護和控制，以確保所有文件的準確性和可追溯性。
• 團隊管理與培養：能有效組織、培養並管理品質團隊，提升團隊成員的技能與責任心。
• 客戶應對能力：能夠獨立應對客戶，處理客戶的品質問題及相關需求，提升客戶滿意度。
