Global Recruiter

SOAL Technologies is seeking an experienced Global Recruiter with a proven track record in high-volume recruitment for the US market, particularly within blue-collar and light industrial industries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing large numbers of candidates for operational and hourly positions while meeting client hiring requirements and tight recruitment deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for US-based clients, focusing on blue-collar and light industrial positions.
• Source candidates for roles such as warehouse associates, production workers, assembly line workers, machine operators, forklift operators, packers, pickers, material handlers, and general laborers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, online platforms, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates for relevant experience, skills, availability, shift flexibility, and suitability for specific roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate client interviews, assessments, and subsequent hiring stages.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet bulk hiring targets and urgent staffing requirements.
• Coordinate with US-based clients, hiring managers, and internal recruitment teams to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
• Verify candidate information, work authorization requirements, availability, and other job-related eligibility criteria in accordance with applicable US laws and client policies.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding documentation.
• Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, submissions, interview-to-selection ratios, joining rates, and overall hiring performance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS or recruitment database.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting client expectations and recruitment deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in staffing agencies or recruitment firms.
• Demonstrated experience in bulk or high-volume hiring for blue-collar and light industrial positions in the United States.
• Strong understanding of the US hourly workforce and light industrial staffing market.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, distribution, or similar operational roles.
• Proficiency in sourcing through job boards, recruitment databases, referrals, and other candidate acquisition channels.
• Experience using ATS platforms and maintaining recruitment pipelines.
• Strong communication, candidate management, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with high-volume requisitions, strict deadlines, and measurable recruitment targets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
• Location: Karachi, Pakistan.

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
