🚀 We’re Hiring: Global Recruiting Assessment Coordinator

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with recruiting assessments, HR technology, or business systems ?

Join our Global Recruiting team and help manage assessment solutions used across different countries, programs, and clients.

🌎 What You’ll Do

• Manage requests to create, update, and maintain recruiting assessments.
• Configure assessments, including questions, timing, scoring, thresholds, and workflows.
• Maintain question banks, versions, and approved assessment content.
• Support scoring, benchmarking, calibration, and proficiency thresholds.
• Partner with Recruiting, Operations, clients, and other stakeholders to understand assessment requirements.
• Test new assessments and configuration changes before they go live.
• Monitor assessment results, pass rates, score distributions, and potential data or configuration issues.
• Coordinate with assessment vendors to resolve technical issues and support improvements.
• Maintain assessment records, SOPs, change logs, testing documentation, and approvals.
• Support assessment reporting, data reconciliation, and data-quality checks.
• Ensure assessment information is handled according to privacy and access requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve assessment processes and candidate experience.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in assessment administration, recruiting operations, HR technology, talent assessment, learning/measurement, or related systems.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring or administering assessment platforms, recruiting systems, or similar business applications.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with testing, configuration, and documentation.
• Ability to understand and explain scoring models, thresholds, pass rates, and assessment results.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

💻 Tools & Technology

Strong experience with:

• Microsoft Excel , including lookups, pivot tables, data validation, reconciliation, and basic analysis.
• Pre-employment or talent assessment platforms.
• ATS and/or recruiting CRM platforms.
• Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar tools is a plus.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with language, communication, typing, skills, or job-specific assessments.
• Familiarity with CEFR or other proficiency frameworks .
• Experience with benchmarking and calibration.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting or BPO/contact-center environments .
• Experience supporting multiple countries, programs, assessment tools, or client requirements.
• Exposure to ATS/CRM integrations and assessment reporting.
