Key responsibilities

We are looking for an Executive Director – Global SAP Deployment & Entity Onboarding to lead SAP deployment across hundreds of legal entities in more than 50 countries.

• lead global SAP deployment strategy, governance, rollout and cutover
• drive finance, regulatory, control and business outcomes
• oversee architecture and data migration across SAP Fioneer, SAP S/4HANA Finance and integrated banking platforms
• lead business readiness, risk management, operational resilience and process standardization
• manage senior stakeholders, global teams, implementation partners and vendors
• drive adoption, benefits realization and sustainable outcomes

The team

You’ll lead a global transformation organisation, partnering with Finance and Technology leadership, Regional Controllers, Global Process Owners, regional teams and implementation partners to deliver consistent outcomes across deployment waves.

Your skills and experience

• 20+ years of leadership experience in large-scale ERP transformation, including at least 10 years in SAP program delivery
• proven leadership of 2–3 global SAP deployments or migrations across multiple countries
• deep experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Fioneer Banking, SAP Fioneer Financial Products Subledger (FPSL), Central Finance and Group Reporting
• strong finance transformation experience in regulated banking or financial services
• expertise in deployment, data migration, cutover, controls and operational resilience
• strong executive leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
• bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, finance or a related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred
