We are currently seeking a talented “ Global Simulation and Modeling Senior Engineer ” to join our dynamic “Innovation Scouting” team. Based at our “ Headquarters ” in “ Kocaeli ”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “ Global ” “Technology Development” .

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree either from Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or similar departments,
• 4+ years of experienced in a related field,
• Proficiency in at least three of the following software Ansys Fluent, SolidWorks, Catia, NX.
• Experienced in fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis (FEA) and espacially Porous Media, Multiphase Flows, Capillary Flow, Darcy’s Law,
• Experienced in UDFs with C and Python.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Ability to leverage interpersonal skills into forming strong relationships and having excellent communication skills,
• Ability to adapt well to the changing conditions of a very dynamic corporate environment,
• Being open to new ideas and following innovations with a researcher spirit,
• Highly professional project leader with strong work ethics,
• Self-motivated person with the ability to quickly understand objectives and independently manage to deliver results,
• Strategic thinking skills,
• No restriction to travel,
• Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating simulations according to the needs of different production teams and the feedback received from these teams,
• Adapting simulation and modelling software,
• Evaluating current production practices and identifying those that need improvement,
• Supporting production processes to maximize productivity,
• Assisting in developing a plan to solve problems, such as improving production of a particular product or reducing waste,
• Preparing reports on the subjects worked on.
