Global Solutions Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Global Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a strategic technical partner to a global managed security services program, helping shape solution design, service readiness, and partner success. The position blends technical discovery, security architecture guidance, and field enablement with a strong focus on modern cybersecurity offerings and AI-related security considerations. You will also represent the organization in partner briefings and industry-facing discussions while creating reusable technical assets that support scale and consistency.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $142,100 – $236,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Solutions Engineer for the company's global MSSP program.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design workshops with partners.
• Advise partners on service architecture and operational readiness.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the company's AI security solutions.
• Build hands-on AI security demos and lab environments.
• Create reusable technical assets and best practices for the field.
• Represent the organization in customer briefings and industry forums.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar cybersecurity role.
• Experience with MSSP sales and service architecture.
• Strong knowledge of modern security operations, including MDR, XDR, and SIEM.
• Deep understanding of MSSP business and technical models.
• Strong grasp of AI technologies and associated security risks.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity products and tools.
• Ability to work with APIs, cloud platforms, and various operating environments.
