In this role, you'll leverage industry insights to identify opportunities, perform in-depth financial and spend analysis, and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers. Required Skills:

• Ability to develop a nuanced understanding of the contact center commodity landscape
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in supporting and influencing supply chain strategies
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields
• Proficiency in financial research, spend analysis, and scenario modeling
• End-to-end ownership of contract negotiations, including legal aspects
• Familiarity with supplier financial health and industry dynamics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline preferred
• Prior experience working within a sourcing or procurement environment is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Hybrid work model requiring flexibility for occasional onsite visits
• Ability to quickly synthesize and communicate findings to leadership

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $68.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
