Your role

• Anchor Lenze pricing excellence in Corporate Sales governance and translate pricing-project outputs into sustainable operating standards.
• Drive transparent pricing steering, consistent governance, capability building, and measurable margin impact across markets and channels.

Your responsibilities

• Manage handover and sustainable anchoring of pricing-project outputs and methodology.
• Maintain the pricing-initiative roadmap and implementation backlog.
• Define pricing governance routines, KPI definitions, review cadence, and steering transparency.
• Coordinate quick-win implementation with regions and Corporate functions.
• Support development of future price architecture and pricing steering models.
• Monitor pricing impact, adoption, risks, and corrective actions and prepare management updates.
• Challenge inconsistent price logic, discounting, and margin assumptions and recommend governance improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Sales, Pricing Project Leadership, SKP / Controlling, Business Analyst, Process and Tool Specialist, and Sales Management on governance, project transfer, P&L and ROI validation, analytics, tool requirements, implementation, feedback, and adoption.

Your profile

• Strong pricing strategy, commercial excellence, or sales-governance expertise.
• Understanding of value-based pricing, discount governance, pricing KPIs, and margin steering.
• Ability to translate consulting outputs into sustainable operating routines.
• Analytical mindset connecting pricing, margin, sales behavior, and business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, Product, Zones, and LSCs.
• Change-management capability for pricing adoption and competence building.
• Clear communication of complex pricing logic to business users.
