  • Initiate and maintain study documentation, ensuring appropriate template and version compliance according to study-specific requirements.
  • Set up, populate, and accurately maintain information within AstraZeneca tracking and communication tools, while supporting study team members in their use.
  • Support the set-up, maintenance, and close-out of Clinical Trial Transparency (CTT) activities in PharmaCM, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure AstraZeneca compliance and meet regulatory authority requirements.
  • Support the GSD/GSAD with the tracking, reconciliation, and follow-up of study budgets and payments in relevant systems.
  • Contribute to the application, coordination, supply, and tracking of study materials and equipment.

  • Proven organisational and analytical skills.
  • Previous administrative training or experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency for day-to-day activities.
