Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (from sourcing to offering).
• Hands on experience in international hiring and massive recruitment.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – proficiency will be tested during the interview.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across different cultures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
• Handle recruitment processes across APAC and EU regions , ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver the right talent.
• Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for diverse roles.
• Collaborate with TP Global teams across multiple countries , building strong cross-cultural relationships.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and uphold employer branding throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute to exciting international recruitment projects that support TP’s growth and expansion.
