Role Overview

The role involves managing end-to-end Global Talent Acquisition and Recruitment activities, with a strong focus on US Recruitment / US Hiring, global talent sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement and successful closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Global Talent Acquisition activities.
• Handle US Recruitment / US Hiring requirements.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage screening, interview coordination and candidate evaluation.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for global requirements.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations and onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of recruitment requirements.
• Maintain recruitment data, ATS updates and hiring reports.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
