Global Technical Services Operations Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Global Technical Services Operations Lead to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee multi-region technical services operations with a focus on building infrastructure, hard services delivery, and the performance of critical systems across a large portfolio. The position will partner closely with site teams and executive stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. It will also drive KPI performance, support modernization initiatives, and strengthen technical capability through training and reporting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $133,100 – $199,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead global engineering operations across multiple regions for the portfolio
• Oversee building and technical services teams responsible for MEP and critical infrastructure systems
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, building code, fire, and safety requirements
• Drive achievement of KPI targets and monitor performance metrics
• Maintain expertise in building infrastructure systems and propose modernization projects
• Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance technical skills
• Provide operational reports highlighting performance against KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of senior-level IFM hard service delivery management experience
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site regional technical operations
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, asset management, and life cycle planning
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, building automation, critical infrastructure, and life safety systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to executive stakeholders
