Global Test Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test software for production and validation according to test specifications.

2. Develop and optimize test programs using NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, Python, or C++.

3. Integrate test software with test fixtures, instruments, and communication interfaces (e.g., UART, CAN, Ethernet, Modbus, I²C, SPI).

4. Support deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production test systems.

5. Improve test equipment and processes to enhance quality, reliability, and productivity.

6. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering change implementation.

7. Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

8. Prepare and maintain test documentation, procedures, and reports.

9. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

10. Manage assigned test development projects and communicate project status, risks, and progress.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or electronics manufacturing, with expertise in ICT/FCT test development.

3. Strong programming skills in LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, or C++ for automated test system development.

4. Solid knowledge of electronic schematics, circuit analysis, and test & measurement equipment.

5. Proven experience in test system development, NPI support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.

7.Good command of written and spoken English.
