Global Test Systems Manager (m/w/d)

These are your tasks:

• Lead and develop a global multidisciplinary Test Systems team (approx. 12–14 experts in test engineering, hardware, wiring and software).
• Define and execute the global strategy and roadmap for Test Systems across technologies
• for electrical (ICT, FCT, Flash) and optical test (SPI, AOI, XRay), including software development and test.
• Manage the cost center, including budget planning, forecasting, resource allocation and cost optimization
• Drive standardization, digitalization and continuous improvement of test systems, acting as a trusted partner for senior management, customers and suppliers.
• Foster innovation, continuous improvement and digitalization within the function, including automation, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization.

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in an international / manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of test systems and manufacturing-related technologies (e.g. ICT, functional test, automation, software/hardware integration).

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

• Experience in budget planning, cost control and cost center responsibility.

• Strategic and analytical mindset, with a structured, results-oriented and solution-focused way of working; fluent English required.
